Founded by husband and wife team, Caleb + Danielle, the pair dove into the industry down in Charleston, SC with Ready Set Movers in 2010 and its sister company Ready Set Junk in 2011.
Built from the ground up, both companies continue thriving today with a sterling reputation throughout the community and predominantly referral-based clientele. Highlights include coast to coast moves, hauls that made for good stories in the morning, and multiple government contracts awarded based on stellar customer service and seamless operations.

Born and raised in Alexandria, VA, Caleb pursued higher education at Northeastern University (NEU) in Boston where he majored in psychology – picking up what would become mission critical interpersonal skills for helping others manage stressful situations and working through difficult decisions.
The greatest win, however, was meeting his wife, Danielle, at NEU where she secured both her undergraduate and masters degree in in higher education. After graduation, the duo moved down south to Charleston, SC and started a life for themselves through two ventures – Ready Set Movers in 2010 and Ready Set Junk in 2011.
Despite loving the lowcountry life and building flourishing businesses, the Rocas felt called back to their roots and extended family – parents, siblings, cousins and more – in Northern Virginia after having two kids of their own, Grayson and Maddox.
When the Roca’s aren’t out clearing out junk or hauling away clutter, you’ll likely find them exploring new trails with their two kiddos.
